入院中のすごしかた

入院当日は指定された時間までに受付を済ませ病棟のナースセンターに行きました。
Finished acceptance by appointed time on the hospitalization day and went to the nurse center of the ward.

• 病院で常連という言葉はふさわしくないと思うけど、この病院には過去に私も息子も２回入院しているので段取りは熟知していますが、時代の流れとともに進化していると思い知らないふりをしていました。　　　　　　Though I thought that the word regular customer was not good at a hospital, planning it knew it well because it was past in this hospital, and both I and the son were hospitalized twice, but pretended not to realize it when I evolved with the flow in the times.

病室に案内されて入院着に着替える
It is informed a sickroom and changes my clothes for arrival at hospitalization.

• しばらくして回診の先生達が来て問診を受ける      Teachers of rounds come and receive an interview in a few minutes.　
• 体調に問題がなければ入院決定します。私の場合は緊急性がない手術なので延期になりました。→体調不良        I am hospitalized without a problem in physical condition and am decided. Because it was an operation without emergency, in the case of me, it was postponed. Poor → physical condition.
• 夕食と朝食はぬきです。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　There are no dinner and breakfast.
• 手術まで待機なので自由な時間をすごしましょう。Because it is a wait, let's spend free time until an operation.

起床は６時です
The getting up is 6:00

• 起床６時です。歯を磨いたり、トイレに行ったり、テレビを見たりして手術時間まで待ちます。　　　　　　　It is getting up 6:00. I brush my teeth and go to the restroom and I watch TV and wait until an operative time.

手術室まで移動
I move to the operating room.

• 前回は歩けなかったので病室からベッドでの移動でしたが、今回は歩けるので自力で移動しました。               It was the movement in the bed, but moved by oneself last time from a sickroom because I was not able to walk because I could walk this time.
• 普段、見られないところを見れるのと、手術にたいする怖さでテンション高めです。　　　　　　　　　　　　 A feeling gets excited with the fear for the operation with what can look at the place not to be usually seen.
• 手術台に上がって麻酔が始まります。緊張をほぐす為に看護師さん達が話しかけてくれました。                       I get nervous on an operating table, and anesthesia begins. Nurses talked to ease strain.
• 全身麻酔でした。前回は点滴から薬が入り眠ってしまいました。今回は点滴をやりながら背中に管を入れました。術後に痛くならないようにする麻酔でした。          It was general anesthesia. Medicine was contained from intravenous feeding and has slept last time. I put a pipe in a back while being put on a drip this time. It was anesthesia to prevent you from coming to have a pain in it after art.
• 目が覚めたら終了です。あっという間に終わってます。It is the end if I wake up. It is over in no time.

病室に戻る

I come back to the sickroom.

• 病室に戻る途中にレントゲンを撮ってからもどりました。ベッドに寝ながらだから痛くなくて楽でした。        I came back after I took X-rays for the middle to come back to the sickroom. Therefore I did not have a pain in it and was comfortable while lying in the bed.
• 完全には麻酔が切れてないので寝ちゃいます。       Because anesthesia does not completely expire, I sleep.
• 昼ころに手術が終わってから夕食の時間まで寝ていました。食事は普通食を食べました。                                I was sleeping until time for dinner after an operation was over on around the daytime. The meal usually ate food.
• 夜は麻酔が切れてきたので、痛みが出てきました。痛み止めを飲んでしのぎました。手術が終わった夜が一番辛いかもしれません。。。                                          A pain came out at night because anesthesia expired. I took painkiller and got. The night when an operation was over may be the hardest. . .

この時は写真を撮る気にはなれなかったので画像はありません。とにかく、看護師さん達は優しいので安心して手術を受けてください。                                                    Because I was not able to bring myself to take a photograph then, there is no image. Anyway, nurses, please have an operation in peace because they are tender.

入院するにあたって get hospitalized

入院前に準備したこと
What I prepared for before hospitalization.

• 病院からもらった「入院のご案内」を読む       　　            I read "a guide of the hospitalization" whom I took from the hospital.                                                  
• 必要なものを買う  　　　                                                I buy a necessary thing.                                                                     
• 入院期間に応じて家庭内のことを済ませる    　　               I finish the family depending on length of stay.                           
• 入院当日の体調を完璧にする      　　                               I completely do physical condition of the hospitalization day.

入院前の説明でもらった「入院のご案内」をしっかり読み直しました。

I read over "guidance of the hospitalization" that I got by prehospital explanation again well.

持って行っていいものとダメなものの確認は凄く大事です。
The confirmation of the useless thing is very important that you may take it.

入院期間が短期間なら特に気にしなくてもいいと思うけど、長期の場合は「髪」「髭」「爪」が気になるところです。
Though I think that length of stay does not need to mind it in short term in particular, it is a place worried about a "hair" "mustache" "nail" in the case of a long term.

入院中といっても身だしなみは大切だから前もって準備したいです。
Even if it is said that I am hospitalized, I want to prepare beforehand because the appearance is important.


「髪」は入院前日に切る。
　　　いつもより短めにしたほうがいいと思います。
I cut "the hair" on the hospitalization day before.
   I think that you should shorten it more than usual.

「爪」は入院前日に切る。

　　　病院によってだけど貸してくれる場合もある。

I cut "the nail" on the hospitalization day before.
  I may lend it by a hospital.

「髭」は入院前日に剃る。
　　　剃刀は持ち込み禁止なので「電動髭剃り」を購入。
　　　私は購入しないで伸ばしていました。
I shave "the mustache" on the hospitalization day before.
Because it is put under ban of a carry-on, the razor purchases "an electric shaver".
 I stretched it out without purchasing it.

術後はベッドの上で過ごす時間が多くなります。
Time to spend after art on a bed increases.

行動に制限が付けられる場合がほとんどです。
The cases that a limit is added to for an action are often found.

普段の生活で飲み物を飲む時はコップを使うけど、寝ながら飲むとなるとコップでは対応できない部分があるから、どれがいいのか悩みました。
Though I employed a cop when I took a drink in everyday life, I was troubled with the glass if I drank it while sleeping because there was the part which could not cope which was good.

１００円ショップで買ってきて試してみました。
I bought it in a 100-yen shop and tried it.

ストロー付のコップです。
It is a glass with a straw.

普段の生活なら、コップにホコリが入らなくていいと思ったけど、寝ながら飲むとこぼれてしまう欠点がわかりました。
Though I thought that dust did not need to be in the glass if it was everyday life, I knew the fault that overflowed it when I drank it while sleeping.

ストローとコップに隙間があるので斜めにすると隙間からこぼれてしまう。太いストローを使ってもこぼれてきました。
I overflow the gap when I slant it because there is a gap to a straw and the glass. I shed it even if I used the big straw.

「吸いのみ」です。

It is a feeding cup.

これは、絶対に完璧です。さすが、昔からあるものです。
しいて言えば、容量が少な目ということです。少量を飲むなら絶対的王者だと思います。付き添いがいないときは何回も注ぎ足さなければならない。
This is absolutely perfect. As is expected, it is an old thing.

If I spread it and say, it is that capacity is rather less. I think that it is an absolute king if I drink a small quantity. When there is not an attendant, you must pour more it many times.

ペットボトルのフタの代わりになるものです。
I substitute for the cover of the plastic bottle.

これは、入院していなくても普段から使っている人がいると思います。
I think that there is the person whom I always employ even if this is not hospitalized.

私も使ったことがあるけど普段は面倒くさいと思ってましたが、寝ながらだと威力を発揮しました。
Though I had employed me, I usually thought that it was troublesome, but showed power when it was the pattern that was while sleeping.

まず、フタの代わりに付けるから漏れがない。ワンタッチでフタの開閉ができるので片手でも使える。
At first there is not a leak because I attach it in substitution for a cover. Because I can open and close the cover in one-touch, even one hand is usable.

500mlのペットボトルに遣うので容量も確保されます。
夏場とか暑い日には水分の補給に最適だと思いました。
Because I use it for a plastic bottle of 500 ml, the capacity is secured.
I thought it to be most suitable for supply of the water on the summertime or a hot day.

飲み口も収納できるので衛生的です。
Because I can put away the lip, it is hygienic.

漏れないところが素晴らしい
It is splendid not to leak.

実際に持って行って使ったのはこれです。

　It is really this to have used.

長期の入院なら仕事をしたり勉強したいと思います。
Long-term hospitalization works and wants to study.

ラインのスタンプや動画の制作やホームページ制作をやろうと思ってノートパソコンを持ち込んだけど、それどころではなかったです。
Though I intended to do production and the homepage production of a stamp and the animation of the line and brought in a note PC, it had no time for it.

手術後は痛くて集中できなかったです。
I had a pain in it and was not able to concentrate it after an operation.

入院中はゆっくりと療養したほうがいいと思いました。
I thought that you should undergo medical treatment during hospitalization slowly.


入院を控えている方に少しでもお役にたてればと思います。
